A Comprehensive Laser Training Course
for Professionals Who Have Prior Experience With Hair Removal

The LaserBlazers Training School is the only 30 hour continuing education program, approved by the Florida Electrolysis Council, which allows a portion of your work to be done by home study! This state required program is designed to teach you the basics of laser safety and laser physics, as well as providing plenty of "hands-on" time in the use of the laser. Sign up for the training course that will familiarize you with the laser that you will be using in your practice! Other courses that offer several lasers will only allow you to 'test' them all with only 1-2 hours of practice on each one! Our course offers all of your practical hours on the laser you will use in your practice!

This is a generic course that will teach:

  • Basic Laser Physics

  • Basic Laser Safety

  • Skin Typing

  • Laser Tissue Interaction

  • Pre- and Post-Treatment Protocols

  • Laser "tips & tricks"!

  • Consultation Protocols

  • Legal Requirements in Florida

  • Regulatory Agencies

  • Marketing

In addition to your class materials you will be provided with a CD (disc) that will include:

  • Patient registration forms

  • Patient consent forms

  • Protocol examples for you and your supervising physician that are required to be on file in Tallahassee

  • Patient treatment record sheets

  • Legal forms that you can use as a guide to secure your supervising physician

  • Non-compete agreement if you choose to use one

Your course book containing home study materials will be mailed to you no later than two weeks prior to the class date. You will be expected to study the material and take short quizzes on each section of the material. When we gather at the training center, we will review the material to ensure that you understand it. Your quizzes will be scored and kept on file here at the training center. Additional material (including the CD) will be supplied when you arrive in St. Augustine Beach.
